De acuerdo a lo dispuesto en la Ley 34/2002, de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y del Comercio Electrónico le informamos que la titularidad del dominio de nuestra tienda virtual www.hostalalhambrazahora.com corresponde a MIC ALHAMBRA S.L. (en adelante “Mic Alhambra”), con domicilio social en carretera Caños de Meca km-9,5, 11159 de Zahora-Barbate Cádiz (España) y nº de NIF B11452737.

1. Objeto

Las presentes Condiciones Generales de Contratación y utilización tienen como objeto regular la puesta a disposición de la información suministrada en la tienda online de MIC ALHAMBRA S.L. así las transacciones comerciales que surjan entre MIC ALHAMBRA S.L. y los usuarios del dominio www.hostalalhambrazahora.com.Tanto la navegación por la tienda online como la adquisición de cualquiera de los productos ofertados en ella, suponen la aceptación como usuario, sin reservas de ninguna clase, de todas y cada una de las presentes condiciones generales de contratación y utilización. MIC ALHAMBRA S.L. podrá en todo momento y sin previo aviso, modificar las presentes condiciones generales de contratación y uso, así como las condiciones particulares que, en su caso, se incluyan, mediante la publicación de dichas modificaciones en la tienda con el fin de que puedan ser conocidas por los usuarios, y quedando constancia de la fecha de dichas modificaciones. 2. Servicios

A través del Sitio Web, MIC ALHAMBRA ofrece a los Usuarios la posibilidad de acceder a toda la información que ofrecemos de nuestras instalaciones, nuestro restaurante, las actividades de ocio que ofrecemos, el entorno de nuestro enclave y la posibilidad de realizar su reserva on-line (en adelante los “Servicios”).

3. Privacidad y Tratamiento de Datos

Cuando para el acceso a determinados contenidos o servicios sea necesario facilitar datos de carácter personal, los Usuarios garantizarán su veracidad, exactitud, autenticidad y vigencia. MIC ALHAMBRA S.L. dará a dichos datos el tratamiento automatizado que corresponda en función de su naturaleza o finalidad, en los términos indicados en la sección de Política de Protección de Datos (Link “He leído y acepto la Política de Privacidad)

4. Realización de RESERVAS.

La solicitud de reserva la podrá realizar o mediante el envío de un correo electrónico o vía telefónica. En ambos casos y una vez nos transmitas sus necesidades y días de estancia, le indicaremos la disponibilidad por el mismo medio que eligió para realizar su reserva. Si la disponibilidad fuera de su interés, deberá transmitir su número de tarjeta de crédito/debito, cargando un importe igual al de dos noches haciendo efectiva su reserva y abonando el resto una vez finalizada su estancia en nuestro hotel.

Los precios y ofertas presentadas en el Website son válidos única y exclusivamente para reservas online realizados en www.hostalalhambrazahora.com y pueden no coincidir con los precios y ofertas vigentes en el hostal MIC ALHAMBRA S.L.
La validación del pedido por parte del cliente supone expresamente el conocimiento y aceptación de estas condiciones generales de contratación como parte de la celebración del contrato. Salvo prueba en contrario, los datos registrados por MIC ALHAMBRA S.L., constituyen la prueba del conjunto de transacciones realizadas entre MIC ALHAMBRA S.L., y sus clientes.  MIC ALHAMBRA S.L., archivará el documento electrónico en que se formalice el contrato y éste será accesible.
Una vez efectuada la reserva y en el plazo más breve posible, siempre antes de que transcurran 24 horas desde la ejecución de la reserva antes citada, el Servicio de Atención al Cliente de MIC ALHAMBRA S.L., le remitirá por e-mail comprobante de compra. Si no estás de acuerdo con los datos consignados en dicha confirmación podrás solicitar la modificación de los mismos o la anulación del contrato.

5. Pago

MIC ALHAMBRA S.L. propone que el pago se realice a través de su tarjeta de crédito.

• Pago por Tarjeta de Crédito/debito

Los gastos de envío y/o gestión no están comprendidos en el precio y están disponibles para que los marque al darse de alta como usuario, pudiendo modificar el mismo según le convenga.

6. Modificación, Cancelación

Para cancelar o modificar tu reserva, ponte en contacto con nosotros. Si esto sucediera en fechas de temporada alta o baja, la penalización sería como sigue:

Temporada alta (julio y agosto): si cancelas la reserva hasta 25 días antes de la fecha de llegada, se te devolverán los cargos existentes. Si cancelas fuera de plazo o no te presentas, se te cargará el importe total de la estancia.

Temporada media y baja (septiembre a junio): si cancelas la reserva hasta 7 días antes de la fecha de llegada, no se efectuarán cargos. Si cancelas la reserva fuera de plazo o no te presentas, se te cargará el importe total de la estancia

7. Duración y terminación

La prestación del servicio del presente Sitio Web y los demás servicios tienen en principio una duración indefinida. No obstante, MIC ALHAMBRA S.L. podrá dar por terminada o suspender cualquiera de los servicios del portal. Cuando sea ello posible, MIC ALHAMBRA S.L., anunciará la terminación o suspensión de la prestación del servicio determinado.

8. Resolución de controversias. Ley aplicable y jurisdicción

Las presentes Condiciones Generales de Uso, así como el uso del Sitio Web, se regirán por la legislación española. Cualquier controversia será resuelta ante los tribunales de Barbate (Cádiz).

En el supuesto de que cualquier estipulación de las presentes Condiciones Generales de Uso resultara inexigible o nula en virtud de la legislación aplicable o como consecuencia de una resolución judicial o administrativa, dicha inexigibilidad o nulidad no hará que las presentes Condiciones Generales de Uso resulten inexigibles o nulas en su conjunto. En dichos casos, MIC ALHAMBRA S.L. procederá a la modificación o sustitución de dicha estipulación por otra que sea válida y exigible y que, en la medida de lo posible, consiga el objetivo y pretensión reflejados en la estipulación original.
